Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed from the Easy Brazilian Lemonade website due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
To submit a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the specific material that has been removed: Provide the URLs where the material appeared before it was removed.
- Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Easy Brazilian Lemonade may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your complete counter-notification to us via the contact method provided on our Contact Us page, indicating "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line or message.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file an action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material.
